What this role is

This role bridges design and engineering to build and evolve Waypoint, Cohere's design system, keeping Figma libraries and production components in sync while preparing the system to serve AI models as a third audience. You'll own both sides of the system—from component structure in Figma to shipping code to npm—rather than specializing in one discipline.
