Required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of supply chain, sourcing, or procurement experience
- Direct experience managing avionics commodities in aerospace including PCBs, PCBAs, machined components, harnessing, and EEE components
- Experience managing suppliers for complex aerospace or advanced manufacturing commodities
- Track record of negotiating contracts and managing milestone-based agreements
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as LN, SAP, or Oracle
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes including machining, PCB/PCBA manufacturing, and harness manufacturing
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
- Familiarity with AS9100 and NADCAP standards, supplier qualifications, and audit processes
- New Product Development or Introduction supply chain experience in aerospace or frontier technology
- Proficiency in supplier risk assessment, cost modeling, and capacity planning
