Required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of supply chain, sourcing, or procurement experience
- Direct experience managing avionics commodities in aerospace (PCBs, PCBAs, Machined Components, Harnessing, EEE components, Instrumentation)
- Experience managing suppliers for complex aerospace or advanced manufacturing commodities
- Track record of driving supplier performance improvements through KPIs and long-term agreements
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing milestone-based agreements
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (LN, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes (machining, PCB/PCBA manufacturing, harness manufacturing)
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
- Familiarity with AS9100 and NADCAP standards, supplier qualifications, and audit processes
- New Product Development (NPD) or Introduction (NPI) supply chain experience in aerospace or frontier technology
- Proficiency in supplier risk assessment, cost modeling, and capacity planning
