Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent) with 7+ years experience OR Bachelor's degree with 10+ years experience
2+ years progressive technical systems or software development experience with 2+ years as individual technical contributor
2+ years leading engineers on safety-critical software with complex algorithms and data models
2+ years launching safety-critical commercial products
Experience with complex embedded systems including ADAS and autonomous driving architecture
Experience with software release tools including build systems, versioning, defect management, and source control
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environments with evolving infrastructure
Experience delivering production systems from prototype through launch and field maintenance
Experience in software development, operating systems, development languages, and systems engineering practices

Nice to have

Experience testing autonomous vehicles or ROS-based robotics systems
Experience with machine learning software test practices
Configuration management experience with safety-critical systems
Project management experience
