What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years semiconductor development experience with DFT, design, verification, test, or silicon debug exposure
- 1+ years memory architecture experience (HBM or DRAM)
- 1+ years implementing DFT features and supporting DFT debug and bring-up
Nice to have
- Master's degree
- DFT verification and coverage methodology experience
- Manufacturing test flow and advanced memory test requirement familiarity
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in multi-functional, program-driven environments
