  • 3+ years managing or coordinating external audits, regulatory reviews, or similar oversight
  • 5+ years in healthcare privacy, medical records, release-of-information, or health information management
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health information management, compliance, or related field
  • Experience collaborating with Legal and other stakeholders on compliance concerns
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 3+ years translating regulatory, contractual, and operational requirements into practical processes

Nice to have

  • Master's Degree and/or Juris Doctor in healthcare law or equivalent
  • 2+ years telehealth, privacy, or behavioral health compliance experience
  • Experience with third-party medical records fulfillment vendors
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, EHR systems, healthcare practice management platforms
  • Compliance, privacy, audit, or health information management certification
  • Experience overseeing operational workflows, vendors, staff, or cross-functional projects
