Required
- 3+ years managing or coordinating external audits, regulatory reviews, or similar oversight
- 5+ years in healthcare privacy, medical records, release-of-information, or health information management
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health information management, compliance, or related field
- Experience collaborating with Legal and other stakeholders on compliance concerns
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 3+ years translating regulatory, contractual, and operational requirements into practical processes
Nice to have
- Master's Degree and/or Juris Doctor in healthcare law or equivalent
- 2+ years telehealth, privacy, or behavioral health compliance experience
- Experience with third-party medical records fulfillment vendors
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, EHR systems, healthcare practice management platforms
- Compliance, privacy, audit, or health information management certification
- Experience overseeing operational workflows, vendors, staff, or cross-functional projects
