Required
- 2–3+ years of underwriting experience in financial services, payments, or fintech
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of U.S. compliance and lending regulations (KYC, Reg B, Reg Z, UDAAP, FCBA, Truth in Lending Act)
- Experience with bank-based and financial underwriting
- Ability to analyze business financial statements and bank statements
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis

- Experience in high-growth companies
- Demonstrated expertise in financial risk assessment fundamentals
