Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to follow written instructions in explosive environments
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures
- Basic computer and data entry proficiency
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- 21 years of age or older
- Pass pre-employment drug test
- Pass State and Federal background checks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, and work in industrial environment for extended periods
- Ability to wear flame-resistant PPE and comply with site requirements
- Eligible to obtain State and Federal explosives licenses
- U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual)
- DoD Explosives Safety training or equivalent within first month

- 1–3 years of manufacturing, chemical processing, or energetics experience
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
