Required

  • 7+ years of software development experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics or related field
  • Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
  • Deep understanding of building scalable, observable, fault-tolerant systems
  • Proficiency in AI tools for prototyping, writing, testing, and debugging code
  • Experience with debugging and testing frameworks from unit to automated testing
  • Experience building and operating automated workflows and agents
  • Deep understanding of observability, alerting, SLOs, security, and compliance
  • Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code tools

Nice to have

  • Mastery of TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, Java, Kotlin, Node.js, Vue, Swift, MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis
  • Proficiency in context engineering and AI building blocks such as LLM API calls, prompting, agentic frameworks, RAG, and model fine-tuning
  • Experience with GCP or similar cloud platforms
