Required
- 8+ years project management experience in IT
- Experience managing Mainframe and/or Open Systems Software projects
- Mastery of Work Breakdown Structures, Project Plans, Risk & Issue Management, and Project Governance
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven track record delivering large or complex projects on time and in budget
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions without consulting manager
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and timelines
- Technical proficiency and customer-facing skills
Nice to have
- PMP Certification or equivalent
- Agile frameworks experience
