- 10+ years software development and/or managing software developers
- Bachelor's degree in technical field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related)
- Understanding of microcontrollers, RTOS, and embedded software
- Knowledge of BLE and Wi-Fi technologies and interface software
- Knowledge of Azure IoT Hub and IoT implementation
- Background in quality assurance, project management, and/or Azure DevOps
- Experience with Agile practices and Waterfall methodology
- Experience with project management methodologies including HPPD and SCRUM
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Forecast and manage group and project budgets
- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration and team development skills
Nice to have
- Experience leading teams delivering consumer applications, embedded firmware, IoT solutions, or connected platforms
- Experience supporting enterprise connectivity across multiple business units
- Familiarity with boating, marine industry, dealer activities
- Experience with Service, Marketing, IT, Sales, Category, and Embedded Software cross-functional partners
- Advanced technical degree or additional software, project management, Agile, or cloud/IoT certifications
