Required
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with deep security expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong programming in Python or a systems language (Go, Rust, C/C++)
- Deep understanding of identity systems and cryptographic primitives
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes security (RBAC, namespaces, network policies)
- Experience leading cross-functional security initiatives
- Excellent communication skills across organizational levels
- Track record of solving ambiguous technical problems independently
Nice to have
- Experience designing or operating identity and secrets management for large-scale AI/cloud infrastructure
- Built security frameworks adopted across an organization
- Led a developer security program with supply chain and SDLC integration
- Built CI infrastructure using Nix, Bazel, or Kubernetes with deep toolchain expertise
- Implemented machine identity systems (SPIFFE/SPIRE, mTLS)
- Understanding of Linux internals (namespaces, cgroups, seccomp)
- Multi-cloud security architecture experience
- Network security controls (admission controllers, CNI, service mesh)
- Runtime security monitoring with eBPF or kernel policies
