- Associate's degree or technical certificate, or 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination
- Minimum 5 years as a maintenance lead or supervisor with direct reports
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC systems
- Experience developing and maintaining preventative maintenance programs
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Basic PLC knowledge
- Self-motivated with ability to lead others
