- Bachelor's degree in aerospace, electrical, mechanical, or related engineering discipline
- 10+ years of systems engineering and integration experience
- Ability to obtain access to export-controlled technical data (ITAR/EAR compliance)
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends to meet critical project milestones
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
