- 12+ years of progressive FP&A experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Analytical skills to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and data storytelling ability
- Experience building and scaling FP&A in high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of GAAP and P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow interactions
