Wood Chopping

Wood chopping is the practice of cutting logs or standing timber into sections using an axe, traditionally done to prepare firewood or clear land. It has also become a competitive sport, with axemen racing to chop through standing blocks or underhand logs, popular at agricultural shows and lumberjack competitions in countries like Australia, New Zealand, and the US and Canada.
