Trucco

Trucco is a traditional lawn or indoor game similar to croquet, historically popular in England, in which players use long-handled mallets or cues to strike balls through hoops or rings set into a table or ground. It was especially popular in Victorian-era pubs and pleasure gardens as a genteel pastime. The game rewards precision and tactical positioning much like billiards or croquet.
