Super Formula Lights is a Japanese junior single-seater racing series that serves as a stepping-stone category beneath the top-tier Super Formula Championship. It gives up-and-coming drivers experience in formula cars with a lower level of power and downforce than the main series, racing on many of the same circuits as Super Formula support races. It is followed by motorsport enthusiasts tracking young talent on the path to Japan's premier open-wheel category.
