Streetluge

A gravity-powered extreme sport in which riders lie feet-first, face-up on a low-profile, wheeled sled and race down paved roads or closed courses at high speeds, sometimes exceeding 60-70 mph. Riders steer and brake using body positioning and wear leather suits, helmets, and other protective gear similar to motorcycle racers. It emerged from downhill skateboarding culture and appeals to thrill-seekers drawn to speed and minimal equipment between rider and road.
