Sipa

Sipa is a traditional Filipino sport in which players use their feet, knees, and other body parts (excluding hands) to keep a woven rattan or wicker ball, or a specially weighted shuttlecock-like piece, from touching the ground, often played over a net similar to sepak takraw. It emphasizes agility and footwork and is considered one of the oldest indigenous Filipino games, historically dating back centuries before Spanish colonization.
