Seven-a-Side Football

Seven-a-side football is a small-sided variant of association football played with seven players per team instead of eleven, typically on a smaller pitch with proportionally reduced goals. It is widely used in youth development leagues, recreational tournaments, and adaptive formats such as cerebral palsy football, because the smaller format increases each player's time on the ball and space to develop skills.
