Schlagball

Schlagball is a traditional German bat-and-ball team sport similar to baseball or rounders, in which a batter strikes a ball and runs between bases while the fielding team tries to catch or retrieve it to get runners out. It has historically been taught in German school physical education and gymnastics clubs as a precursor to modern baseball-style games.
