Rock Fishing

Rock fishing is a form of fishing conducted from rocky ocean shorelines, ledges, or headlands rather than from a boat or sandy beach. It is popular in coastal regions such as Australia and South Africa for access to deep water close to shore, but is considered one of the more dangerous forms of recreational fishing due to unpredictable waves and slippery rock surfaces that can sweep anglers into the sea.
