Racquetball

Racquetball is an indoor sport played in an enclosed four-walled court where two or four players use short-handled, stringed racquets to hit a hollow rubber ball, which can strike any wall (including the ceiling) before being returned. It was invented in the United States in the 1950s by Joseph Sobek as a faster, more accessible alternative to squash and handball. Its appeal lies in the intense cardio workout, quick reflex demands, and relatively short learning curve for beginners.
