Paleta Frontón

Paleta frontón is a variant of Basque/Spanish pelota played with a solid wooden or composite paddle (paleta) rather than a bare hand or wicker basket, typically against a single front wall (frontón) or in a three-wall court. Players or teams take turns striking a ball so it rebounds off the wall, trying to make shots the opponent cannot legally return. It's popular in Spain and Latin America (notably Argentina and Uruguay) as both a casual recreational activity and a competitive sport.
