Jive

Jive is a lively, fast-paced ballroom and Latin dance style derived from American swing and jitterbug dancing, featuring quick kicks, flicks, and triple-step rhythms performed to upbeat rock-and-roll or swing music. It is one of the five International Latin dances contested in competitive ballroom dancing. Dancers are drawn to its high energy, playful character, and the cardio workout it provides.
