Jianzi

Jianzi is a traditional Chinese game in which players use their feet, legs, chest, and head—but not their hands—to keep a feathered shuttlecock airborne, similar in spirit to hacky sack or footbag. It can be played casually in a circle for as many hits as possible or competitively across a net, and is popular in parks throughout China and other parts of Asia. The game rewards agility, balance, and quick reflexes, and is enjoyed both as a folk pastime and an organized sport.
