Guts

Guts is an extreme, physically demanding disc sport in which two teams face off and take turns throwing a flying disc as hard and as tricky as possible at the opposing team, who must catch it cleanly with one hand to score. It rewards powerful, accurate throwing and quick reflexes, and it has a following particularly in Latvia and parts of the former Soviet Union as well as among disc golf and ultimate players seeking a more combative variant.
