Extreme Ironing

Extreme ironing is a comedic extreme sport in which participants take an ironing board and iron to remote, dangerous, or absurd locations—such as cliff faces, mountaintops, underwater, or while skydiving—and iron clothing there. Originating in England in the 1990s, it deliberately parodies both extreme sports and mundane household chores.
