Eton Fives

Eton fives is a handball-like sport played in a walled court with a distinctive stepped buttress, developed at Eton College in the 19th century from a version of the older game of fives. Players strike a small hard ball with gloved hands against the walls, competing in pairs in a doubles format that requires quick reflexes and precise angles. It remains a niche sport played mainly in British schools and dedicated clubs.
