Finding jobs

Apply to a job

The apply flow, endorsements, tracking your status, and withdrawing.

Updated July 30, 2026

Applying

From a listing, hit Apply — you'll see your skill match and can include a note. Your profile is your application; no separate resume upload to keep in sync.

Boost with endorsements

After applying you can request an endorsement from a former coworker — a short vouch attached to that application. Recruiters see it alongside your profile.

Tracking status

Your applications and their statuses (submitted through interview stages to decision) appear on your profile. Status changes notify you. If a listing closes while you're in flight, your application resolves rather than rotting silently.

Changing your mind

You can withdraw an application at any time; the employer sees a clean withdrawal, not a ghost.

AI help

Need a cover letter or interview prep? AI assist drafts them from your profile and the listing — always shown to you for editing first.

Still stuck? A person will read it — promise.
