Salesforce CRM Analytics, formerly known as Einstein Analytics (and before that, Wave Analytics), is a business intelligence platform built into Salesforce that lets users visualize and analyze large volumes of CRM and external data through interactive dashboards. It uses AI-driven insights to help sales, service, and marketing teams spot trends and make data-driven decisions directly within Salesforce. Analysts and admins build dashboards and datasets using its drag-and-drop and scripting tools.
