Power Pivot is a data modeling add-in for Microsoft Excel that enables users to import, relate, and analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) formulas. It allows creation of sophisticated calculated columns, measures, and PivotTables beyond standard Excel's row limits. Financial analysts and business users rely on it to build robust data models and reports directly within Excel.
