Peer Review

Soft Skills and Communication

Peer review is the process by which work, research, code, or writing is evaluated by colleagues with similar expertise before it is finalized or published. It is widely used in academia to vet scientific papers, in software engineering to catch bugs and enforce coding standards before merging changes, and in workplaces generally to give and receive constructive feedback on performance or projects.
