Interpersonal Feedback
Soft Skills and Communication
Interpersonal feedback is the process of giving and receiving constructive comments about a person's behavior, performance, or communication style in a working relationship. Managers, peers, and mentors use it to reinforce strengths and address areas for improvement, often following structured models like the "situation-behavior-impact" framework. Delivering it well requires tact, specificity, and timing so the recipient can act on it without becoming defensive.
