Ho'oponopono

Soft Skills and Communication

Ho'oponopono is a traditional Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness, historically used within families to resolve conflict, restore harmony, and correct wrongdoing through discussion, confession, and mutual release of grievances. In its modern popularized form, it has been simplified into a personal mantra-like practice using the phrases 'I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you' as a tool for emotional healing and self-improvement. People drawn to it use it in therapy-adjacent or mindfulness contexts to process guilt and improve relationships.
