Charisma
Soft Skills and Communication
Charisma is a personal quality of compelling charm, confidence, and magnetism that draws others in and inspires trust, admiration, or influence. It's often cited as a valuable trait in leadership, sales, public speaking, and management roles, as charismatic individuals tend to communicate persuasively and build rapport quickly. While partly innate, many charisma traits like active listening, storytelling, and body language can be developed through practice and coaching.
