Candle Making

Other

Candle making is the craft of producing candles by melting wax (such as soy, beeswax, paraffin, or coconut wax), adding fragrance oils and dyes, and pouring the mixture around a wick into a mold or container. Hobbyists enjoy it for its creative outlet in scent and color combinations, its relatively low startup cost, and the satisfaction of making functional decor or gifts. Many candle makers turn it into a small business selling handmade candles online or at craft markets.
