Building Inspection

Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Environmental)

Building inspection is the process of examining a structure's construction, systems, and condition to verify compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality expectations. Building inspectors evaluate elements such as foundations, framing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, often at multiple stages of construction or before property sales. Their reports are used by municipalities, buyers, and contractors to identify defects or code violations.
