What we do
Tri Pointe Homes is a U.S. homebuilder that designs and constructs single-family homes across multiple states and also offers mortgage, title, and insurance services to buyers. In May 2026 it became a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan's Sumitomo Forestry Group following a completed all-cash acquisition, and it continues to operate under the Tri Pointe Homes brand.
