What we do
The Shaw Group is a pipe and steel fabrication company specializing in induction bending, employing roughly 1,400 people across facilities in North America and the Middle East. It traces its roots to the original Shaw Group Inc. (founded 1986/1987), a major engineering and construction firm that was acquired by CB&I in 2013 (CB&I was later acquired by McDermott International). In 2020, following McDermott's bankruptcy, the former Shaw pipe-fabrication assets and the Shaw Group trademark were sold to a new ownership group, which continues to operate the fabrication business under the Shaw Group name today.
