What we do
The Seattle Times Company is a media company, majority-owned by the Blethen family since 1896, that publishes The Seattle Times, Washington State's highest-circulation daily newspaper. It also owns regional papers including the Yakima Herald-Republic and Walla Walla Union-Bulletin, plus the Rotary Offset Press printing operation. The Seattle Times has won 11 Pulitzer Prizes, including one in 2020 for its coverage of the Boeing 737 MAX crashes.
