The Princeton Review is an education services company founded in 1981 by John Katzman and Adam Robinson, offering test preparation courses, private tutoring, and college admissions consulting. It publishes test-prep and college-ranking guidebooks through Penguin Random House and operates the Tutor.com online tutoring service. The company was acquired by Chinese private equity firm Primavera Capital Group in January 2022.
