What we do
The Frantz Manufacturing Company, chartered in 1909 in Sterling, Illinois, manufactures conveyor system components, anti-friction bearings, and steel ball products used in automotive and industrial applications. Formerly known for garage door hardware (sold to Wayne-Dalton in 1994) and "Hustler" roller skates, it has been privately held since 1988 and operates its Bearing Division and Sterling Steel Ball Division from its original Sterling plants.
