Founded in Detroit in 1949, it passed through several corporate owners (Clark Equipment, Alco Standard, Scotsman Industries, Enodis, Welbilt) before becoming part of Ali Group in 2022. It serves restaurants, healthcare facilities, and K-12 institutions.
