What we do
Ted's Restaurant is a single-location diner in Meriden, Connecticut, famous for its "steamed cheeseburger" -- patties and cheese cooked in a stainless-steel steam cabinet rather than grilled or fried. Founded by Ted Duberek in 1959, it has been family-operated for decades and is now owned by Bill Foreman, also operating a mobile food truck and concession stands under the Ted's brand.
