STP is an American brand of automotive aftermarket products, including motor oil treatments, fuel additives, and brake fluids, founded in 1954 as "Scientifically Treated Petroleum." The brand became famous through motorsports sponsorships in NASCAR and IndyCar racing, most notably via spokesman Andy Granatelli. STP has changed corporate hands many times over the decades and has been owned by Energizer Holdings since 2018.
