Stewart Title of Austin, LLC traces its roots to Gracy Title Company, founded in 1873 as the first title insurance company in Texas, and was rebranded to its current name in 2017 after becoming part of Stewart. It provides title insurance, escrow, and closing services from multiple offices throughout Central Texas as a subsidiary of Stewart Information Services Corporation.
