Somos, Inc. (formerly SMS/800, Inc.) is a U.S. telecommunications infrastructure company that administers toll-free telephone numbers (800, 888, 877, etc.) via the Service Management System database. Since 2019 it has also served as the FCC-designated North American Numbering Plan Administrator and Pooling Administrator, and it acquired number-verification firm XConnect in 2021.
