Shake's Frozen Custard is a frozen custard retailer and franchise founded by Don and Debbie Osborne in Joplin, Missouri, in 1991. Originally named Shakey's Frozen Custard, it was renamed Shake's in 2001 to secure trademark rights, and it began franchising in 1999 offering concretes, sundaes, shakes, and other custard-based treats.
