Rhino Foods is a specialty food manufacturer based in Burlington, Vermont, founded in 1981 by Anne and Ted Castle. It produces cookie dough and baked pieces used as mix-ins by major ice cream brands (including co-developing the original cookie dough ice cream ingredient with Ben & Jerry's in 1991) and is known for progressive employee-benefit programs and its B Corporation certification.
